Venom/BJ intake questions..

I am considering a new intake manifold have been leaning to magnus but the venom looks pretty nice and a bit cheaper than the magnus.Does it also require upper pipe modification like the magnus and battery relocation or going to much smaller battery if you keep it in stock location?
Also what about the bj intake .Does it require upper intercooler pipe modification and battery changes?

How do you guys like your venom intake or bj intakes..

I would say steer clear of the VEmon. A friend of mine had his Vemon crack a billion times. Then he called Venom and they said it wasnt designed to handle more than 25psi.


Also from reading your other thread I would say to not even buy a SMIM till you know btter how to tune your car.

I'll second this. Why buy a manifold that is (from the manufacturers word) not designed for 25+ psi. Anyone that is serious and is in the market for such a piece IMO will exceed that.

yea the venom is known to blow out the welds. The BJ's is a nice mani, so is the magnus. Both will require hacking the UICP to fit.

Or if you dont want to break the bank, www.jmfabriations.com is a very well built nice manifold.
