Valve cover question.

I recently bought a valve cover off ebay to replace my cracked one. It was from a private party so oem part, but its different than the one i took off. which I couldnt tell in the pictures. and it has these rubber? grommets where all the bolts go in which my original did not have. I'm thinking its not the right cover. my question is does anyone know what cover i have and if it'll work?

Sounds like a hyundai valve cover. You will need the studs for it to mount it correctly.

It is a valve cover that more than likely came off a Hyundai and it uses studs. Just go to the junkyard and find a 90s Sonata and see if it has studs. If it does get them.

It does have a hyundai oil cap. where would i go to get those rubber grommets cause i'm missing a few.

Yupp, its a Hyundai one. You can use the oil pan stud kit for the valve cover studs or you can find them in a junkyard or go to fastenal if you know the sizes. As for the grommets, I think you can get them through JNZ, though I'm not certain on that. I believe I have some at the shop. PM me with how many you need and I can dig around.
