420A Valve cover gasket still leaking?

So I did my valve cover gasket and replace the bushing where the bolts but then later on I keep seeing oil coming through the bolts and lil bit from the gasket. I torque them to specs but some of them they won't torque because of the spacers it has I bought from eBay used ones cause I was missing some. Is there something wrong or should I get them from Mitsubishi parts?

If some won't torque down, then that's why it's leaking. They are very finicky and have to be done right.

Honestly I use regular m6 flange head bolts and washers. Torque it down in sequence and use a bit of anerobic sealant around the outer cam caps. I never have leaks doing it that way and I have my valve cover off atleast once a year... but you need a new gasket every time.
