I am running an AEM EMS in Speed Density Mode. My Valve cover breather valve is missing. Should I just place a catch can on that or do I need to route it back to the intake? I thought it was only if you were running a MAf and since the MAf accounted for that air already...

Catch can should do the trick.

The crank case breather and PCV valve system have nothing to do with maf. The only way for unmetered air to get in to your motor would be for it to somehow force up past your rings, which isn't possible. Do something with it; either hook it back up to suck out the gases, or put a catch can in and keep your intake clean. Up to you.

Wow I didn't know it was that big. I thought it was like a small one that looks like a filter.
