2G vacuum you pull at idle?

I normally am at 16 inhg on cold days...however i just checked and my timing is definently off. The teeth on the sprockets look like they could interlock, and arent pointing at each other. Anyone know how i can change this? Would it require removing the belt etc etc (have a shop do it?)

Im only reading between 12-14 at idle, no vacuum leaks other than the tb seals, could that be why vacuum is low or is it timing belt is off a tooth?

bahhhh.. i just installed my gauge.. its 16vac when warmed up. i hear thats bad? and should be higher, wonder what hte prob. could be. only mods are filter, bov, upper ic pipes, free mods. hmm..

I'm at -14 at idle as well with no leaks that I have found. Could the reading be different on cars due to boost gauges, hoses, "t" point etc? or should the vacumm reading be the same because it should be sealed?

first thing to do is a boost leak test if no leaks check the crank and cam timing might want to change the timming belt while you have it off if they don't align.

Is it normal to have a lower vac reading in the colder months?
I was reading 15 on a cold start during the summer. Now I read 10-11 on a cold start, Is this normal? the high this week was 20 something.
oil is 10w30 synthic if it matters.

I get 18-19 with 160K on the clock and a test pipe.
