okay so finally ( i dont know why i didnt see it before ) i found how to recirculate my greddy bov im assuming. there is a little valve running off the back of the bov that looks like you would connect a vacuum line. but i cant figure out where i would run the other end of that vacuum line to in order to recirculate. i couldnt find any extra valves or anything on my stock intake that i could run it to. please help.

thanks guys

If I understand you correctly it sounds like you're looking for a pressure/vacuum source for the BOV. You can tee into the line for the fuel pressure solenoid.

I think the port on the bov you're referring to is the port that reads boost for the bov at the intake manifold. So that port on the bov should be connected by a vacuum line to the manifold, there is a specific port on the manifold already there from the factory for it. In order to recirculate your bov, you need to connect a hose from the bov outlet (where it vents the air) to the intake pipe. Your intake pipe should have a big port on it near the maf end on the side/top, that is where you connect the bov in order to recirculate it.

okay there is 2 connectors on it that look like they were meant for vacuum lines. one i think connects to my boost controller ( the one on the front ) and the one on the back isnt connected to anything. now i have an extra vacuum line on my intake manifold that just has a screw in it to plug it i guess, but it was like that when i got the car so i dont know where that is supposed to go. and if im understanding you correctly about the opening on the "side/top" of the intake, your talking about the line that is supposed to run to the valve cover, but is usually replaced by just one of those little filters, correct? so i should connect that extra bov connector to that? they are just completely different size tubes, or i connect that extra valve on the bov to the loose vacuum line i got running outa my manifold? im just tired of the car running like shit cause i cant figure out how to recirculate it. im going to get a new fmic and get a gm maf with it in 2 weeks, so i wont HAVE to recirculate. so if i really cant figure it out i suppose its not too big of a deal, but it would be nice to have a smooth running car until then. thanks for all the help everyone. i have been struggling with this issue

please just go look at the picture in that thread i posted. the line off the valve cover does go to the intake, but not the nipple you're thinking of. that's a much fatter line. the line coming off your intake with the screw in the end probably goes to your BOV since it's not hooked up. you also need the hose (looks like a small radiator hose) that runs from your BOV to your intake. VERY LARGE OPENINGS = VERY LARGE HOSE. but go look at the picture. you will see what everyone is talking about, i promise. go see :)

You should not have any interaction between your boost controller lines and your BOV lines. Use this thread as a reference to how your MBC should be correctly set up: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-turbo-system-intercooler/237982-best-way-install-mbc.html

now i have an extra vacuum line on my intake manifold that just has a screw in it to plug it i guess, but it was like that when i got the car so i dont know where that is supposed to go.

There are five vacuum lines running to nipples on the intake manifold. One is the brake booster, which is larger and on the firewall side of the manifold.

Another is the fuel pressure solenoid line, which you have pictured last in your first post in the other thread ktgurl87 mentioned.

Another is the line for the BOV. It is smaller than the brake booster line, but larger than the fuel pressure solenoid. In that other thread, the "T" fitting can be completely eliminated.

Then there is the PCV line, which should be connected to the back side of the valve cover near the throttle body; again it appears this is correct in the pictures in that same thread.

Finally, the evaporative emission purge solenoid (EVAP) hose. I'd imagine that is the other hose in the same bundle as the fuel pressure solenoid line. The solenoid should be bolted to the intake manifold on the belt side.

and if im understanding you correctly about the opening on the "side/top" of the intake, your talking about the line that is supposed to run to the valve cover, but is usually replaced by just one of those little filters, correct? so i should connect that extra bov connector to that? they are just completely different size tubes

No. Take ktgurl87's advice and look at the picture she posted in post #2 of this thread: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/382584-dont-want-blow-up.html

Ignore the fact that the BOV only has two outlets on it. The picture shows precisely where the two necessary outlets on the BOV should be connected when recirculating. The large outlet recirculates into the intake pipe (running to the turbo). The smaller outlet (compared to the large one; in your case, the top nipple) runs directly to the intake manifold. Again, that line has no connections running to the boost controller.

The line on the valve cover that is usually replaced with little filters should also connect to the intake pipe. It is clearly seen in the pics ktgurl87 provided, too.

i connect that extra valve on the bov to the loose vacuum line i got running outa my manifold?

nickk90 covered this already:

that bottom nipple is to help open the BOV at low boost
just leave it disconnected and take the line from the manifold to the top nipple on the BOV
