Did you use an existing hole or make one? I am looking and looking and looking and cant find one.. Please, if you know of one let me know. :talon: BTW, I have a 1990 Talon TSI AWD Manual.

There's an existing hole on the driver's side of the firewall near the clutch pedal assembly. Most of these have a rubber grommet that you may need to widen. Just be careful not to cut any existing wires running through the firewall when you do so.

Hope that helps,

Andy

That helps thanks.. I read though, I think in the VFAQ, that one should use the vaccume line that goes to the fuel rail from the fuel pressure solenoid.. I think thats what I read. whats the diff between that and the p port?

I believe I used the spedo cable grommet, I just used a razor to cut an X beside the spedo cable and shoved the vacuum line through.

With the fuel pressure regulator line, if you blow your boost gauge hose off, you'll have a huge boost leak there. This will mess with your fuel pressure regulator's readings, so I'd go with the P port strictly for peace of mind.

Thanks brute. I appreciate that, didnt think about that.. Thanks for everyones help. I almost got everything fixed on her... She is running so much better.
