Vacuum Hose Missing?

I noticed when I was replacing my Clutch Master Cylinder, that there is a sensor of some sort with two nipples...one has a hose and the other doesn't. If someone doesn't mind looking at their car for me... could you tell me what is connected and where does it go? Thanks guys, I hope my pic isn't too big and is useful.

FPR solenoid, and it is not missing a hose, it is missing a cap. most people bypass that solenoid and just run line from the intake main to the FPR. look at http://www.taboospeedshop.com/emissions1.htm you can do just the FPR mod and keep the rest, or just buy a vacuum cap from napa and plug it on.
