Check out www.dragva.com , there is a section for VA beach area. There are a couple DSM owners in that area that should be able to help you out. I would offer my help, but I'm around Richmond.

There's a place in v. beach called millenium autosports and they have experience on eclipses try checking them out.I would try to help ,but I don't have any experience tuning.Also if you want to take a drive there is tuners edge on Warwick ave .www.tunersedge.com.They've done some work on my eclipse.
