do i have to use the hotsync cable or can i use my cradle for datalogging ???

ive been trying to use my cradle with no luck , i just found my hotsync cable , so my question is /// do you HAVE to use a hotsync cable in conjuction with your palm ??

You can use the cradle if you want, but it needs to be a serial connection as opposed to USB. The cradle is, however, a big pain in the ass.

You should be able to pick up a cheap serial cable off ebay for about $10. I did that and then just made a custom mount for inside the car. Much easier/cleaner than trying to find a place to put the cradle.
