Ok heres the deal, looks like I'm going to pick up blackspool's car this weekend and it has no ac. After some reasearch I see that some people have installed roof scoops. With the talons having black roofs I think it's possible to installed a very low profile 1" maybe, that can't really be seen. Anyone ever seen one?

seams like that car is finally going to sell????????LOL this economy must be real bad cause that car is wicked

Aww Come On :f-u: I'll give you some AC stuff man...don't hack that cars roof out haha.

There is only so many of those 2gb AWD Talons left. And That's one of them.

Anyway, it already has a functional roof scoop. Its called a sunroof.ROFL

OH I got it, I'll just install the sunroof backwords! :p

Haha at least you could close it when it rains. :D

Oops I didn't realize it was a 95. I guess its not technically a 2gb but I still don't want to see that awesome Talon get a hole hacked in the roof LOL. I don't see how that would work anyway with the sunroof.

Sounds like great Idea to put the AC back in! All my cars have to have AC too...I know how you feel man.

Man we are dropping like flies!

God Tom that is one sexy talon, good luck at school.

Be a man. I live in NC and haven't had A/C in my cars in years. PA is kiddy stuff.

What's a useful roof scoop?
I've seen them on mid/rear engine cars for engine air, but I can't figure out a use for one on a front engine street car.

Just so I follow - You are questioning cutting a hole in the roof, then adding a scoop to help direct air into the cabin? Yeah, I'd reinstall the A/C before doing that. Or just roll the window down.

I honestly think this had to be a joke...

Please give him the AC stuff we do not need a Sti hood or roof scoop on a talon LOL

Roof scoops are semi-functional in rally cars. The air builds up higher pressure inside the passenger compartment than outside and helps keep dust and dirt down for the drivers. Unless you're planning on rally'ing that car I don't think you'd find a use for it.

OMG Dont cut into that beautiful Car !!! that would be a big mistake , roll down the window , or put in a sun roof !!
