Used tires on awd

I'm planning on buying used tires for the winter, do the tire tread need to be exactly the same on all tires?

The tread depth on the tires should be as close to each other as possible. Are all four tires the same brand and model?

keep it as close as possible. left-right shoud be the same. front-rear can have little difference in thread, but it should not be much. 1-2mm is OK.

Yes, they're the same brand and model but it will be really hard to find tires that have so close tread. Ill just use the 18" wheels that i have now since the previous owner already used them in winter so they're already in bad condition.
