used japanese motor & emissions?

if i were to buy a used japanese 4g63 would would i have the proper equipment to be able to pass smog or would i have to swap something over from my old motor or what is possible ?

The cyclone engines don't have EGR valves. Not a problem around here, fortunately. If I move, I'm sure I'd be shocked and outraged at the hoops I'd be forced to jump through. I even bypassed my PCV valve the other week. No Nazi police yet. I can burn leaves and cardboard in the yard and no one cares, either. Sweet.
