URGENT!! Timing Belt Rubber Plug

I cannot find the rubber plug needed to line up oil pumps. Manual says to stick a screwdriver in the hole to help line up oil pump timing. Need help with exact location and or pictures. Thanks!!

It's not a rubber plug, it's a bolt.
