URGENT: car smoking very heavily from engine bay, tailpipe

cant figure this stuff out, now my car is smoking big time after i changed my valve cover. also my stewart warner gauge is reading 5-10 psi oil pressure at idle, 25psi oil pressure at highway speeds, this is with 2 separate senders, why would it read this low, is it actually my car having that low of oil pressure?

edit: have a HUGE amount of smoke coming out the back of the car, either white or blue its hard to tell, also oil coming from the engine bay as well....

Smoking from the engine bay is also always and oil leak onto the exhaust….In this case probably the Exhaust Manifold or downpipe. Since you just replaced the VC gasket, that is where I would look first, I have had a new VC gasket leak before, had to pull the cover off and reseat the gasket, I ended up putting a little dab of silicone in the corners where the gasket turns up over the cams…

Is the smoke you see coming from the back of the car coming from under the car? Or from the tailpipe… if it is coming from under the car it may be the same as the problem above, if it is coming from the tailpipe it is probably un-related to the VC.
