Checked out the ball joints. I can't get it to tighten. Looks like im out of threads. Is this the wrong control arm? Am I missing a large washer? The 2G ball joints can't be replaced right? Thanks guys!

It appears that the tapered hole in the spindle might be reamed out or the shaft on the ball joint is smaller than it is supposed to be.

The knuckle shouldn't touch on the ball, correct? I'll do a test fit before I install them in the control arm. Hoping it's just a crappy ball joint that came in the replaced control arms.

Correct, the actual housing of the joint should not touch the knuckle.

I've tried moog and master pro. Both fit like this. I pressed the old ball joint out.
The hole in the control arm measures 1.450". If someone has one laying around please get me a measurement of known oem upper control arm ball joint hole.

Even if you did get it to press in like that it would snap the shaft. You have to line up the slot on the outside diameter of the housing with the small circle on the control arm. As far as it not fitting, you might have some aftermarket control arm that used something with a different diameter. I've installed probably 20 of those moog upper ball joints and they always fit just fine.
