Upgrading to a big16G

When upgrading to a big16G in a 2G...what happens to the turbos oil line? is there a new one on the big16G or am i missing something?

which oil line are you talking about? oil feed or oil return?
-oil return can be re-used with some alterations to the screw holes.
-oil feed from a 2g CAN'T be re-used. buy or make a SS oil feed line. im still trying to find out how to make one but i can't find out the size fittings for the turbo and oil filter housing .

This is hardly the topic for the "Advanced 4g63" forum. This would general tech.

Either way, a 16g in a 2g requires a stainless oil line, J-pipe for the lower IC pipe, and some bending of the water lines.

RRE sells a hacker install kit, and a full kit.

IMO, the hacker kit is sufficient. Usually the washers and stuff can be reused with no problems, just like they mention on the site.

Yeah, I have the hacker kit on my talon. Everything worked just like stated on their website. Although filing the drain tube to fit is a pain.

Agreed. But with a Dremel and the right bit, it's a lot easier.
