Upgrade Suggestions and Help... Maybe new Turbo

Alright I am thinking of putting a new turbo in my car but im not sure what to get... Thinking about the Big 16g EVOIII Turbo... Is this a good turbo or can my car handle better... ( Or what other fuel mods would I need before upgrading to the Big 16g) Or is there any other mods that would be a better bang for my buck.....

Fuel system comes first.

If you want to go bigger than a 16g, get Walbro 255lph pump and rewire it. You'll need a regulator for this pump. Then get injectors appropriate for your new turbo.

If you are getting a 16g or smaller, get a Walbro 190lph and don't worry about the regulator, but you'll still need injectors.

ive seen 290 lph fuel pumps, so you could just get that and not rewire it,... or you could rewire a 255,... anyone know what they are rated at after rewire (guess, i know it will depend on wire gauge and everything,...)
