Okay so I just bought a big 16g turbo. I was following the upgrade path for the most part. My question is before installing the turbo, what else should I get. I currently have an Injen Intake, HKS BOV, full exhaust and DNP exhaust manifold. Do I need bigger injectors or anything? Also, should I get a 2.5'' or 3'' o2 housing?

Getting the turbo is nice. But the supporting mods are going to depend on your goals. If your still going to run stock boost then everything you have will be fine. If you going to push up the boost you're going to need the fuel pump, afpr, injectors, tuning, i/c, etc... Noone can really try helping you decide what to do until they know your power goals.

Well coming from a our shop cars (STi, DSM's, Mustangs and Chargers) You have the turbo and as said, the supporting mods (Injectors, Fuel pump, and more plus a tune) you also want to make sure you have your other parts built up your trans. Get a shep trans, then you get clutch and flywheel. You can end up getting the HP mods, but you will go no where if you cant change gears. We built our Shop STi and ended up fixing the trans every time the glassbox transmission broke with high horsepower. Ended up going with a Pfitzner straight cut trans only before a deer totals the car a month later. Good luck with the build and check out BM Performance on facebook. We will be glad to answer some questions, and anything else.

Your going to definately need supporting mods and a way to tune to get the most out of it - by the way your buddys srt sounds pretty nasty :D

Just for a peace of mind, at the very least upgrade to bigger injector & higher flow fuel pump then get a tune for it. Might have a side effect of more power & better mpg though.

You can install and run the turbo WITH your current mods with no problems if you do NOT change boost levels. However you will most likely want to "see" what it can do one day. If it were me I would install the turbo. I would get a FMIC and piping next(install it), then I would get a 255 lph fuel pump, AFPR and injectors (size depending on your hp goals and tuning abilities). I would install the fuel pump and AFPR at the same time. (However to make trouble shooting a little easier I would install the AFPR then drive it a day or two if no problems put in the pump.) Your injectors would be next but I wouldn't install them until I had some sort of tuning device. After you get all that done then get a boost controller and have fun. :D If your goals are not that huge then you can stick with the stock O2 housing but I would still upgrade. Hope this helps and if you have any questions shoot me a message, Keith.
