So this morning I encountered a new and unusual electrical problem. My BRAKE and BATTERY indicator lights on my gauge cluster are staying on, and to make things even stranger, its raining and my windshield wipers are running at TWICE their normal speed.
However, When I come to a complete stop, and I turn MORE electrical items on in the car, the lights go off. I turned my A/C on and the battery/brake light turn off.... I turn my headlights on and the battery/brake lights turn off. But as soon as I start driving again they come right back on.
I assume they come on when I continue to drive again because the Alternator is spinning faster and making more of a charge? It seems like the more power I turn on fixes the problem, but it doesnt make sense. I would THINK that if I had an electrical overload problem that the more things I turn on would then MAKE the brake/battery light come on, but you see it is kind of the opposite of that.
Also, I do have a Walbro 190lph fuel pump (but I do not have a complete fuel system), and I can hear it whine down and back up when the battery lights come on/off. I have had the pump in for 2 years, I have always been able to hear it "whine" because it is not re-wired. BUT I do not need to rewire the fuel pump because I am not running aftermarket injectors/fuel upgrades, or any engine management to adjust the fuel curve. I am running a stock fuel system minus the fuel pump and have never had problems with it in 2 years.
Any ideas what may be causing this strange set of events?

My belts also did a leak squeakage this morning, but it does that when i first turn the car on sometimes and its wet/raining/moist outside.
