the battery and radiator warning indicator on my car don't seem to want to turn completely off, they will get really really dim when i start the car to the point where i almost can't see them but i know they r still slightly on... and ever once in a while they whill glow brighter till they are all the way on.. then dim down again... ideas anyone, my temp is fine and i'll run a battery test tomorrow... but any ideas?

My alt tensioner popped off and lights would come on and off Popped it back on and good to go.

Its an alternator issue -either the alternator is dying (likely), or you have another wiring/electrical issue that's causing your alternator not to be putting out all the juice it needs to be putting out. Check your belts, and like the others said, go to Advance or whatnot and have them check the alternator.

I know I've had the same issue, but I'm 90% sure its not the alternator because a) the Alternator was replaced 9 months ago, b) when I last tested it they said the alternator was on the way out, 3 months later its still fine c) I know I have a wiring issue because of all kinds of other problems that I"ve been having.

Best of luck!
