2G unique idle issue?

ok so i have a 2g gsx with a 6bolt that was swapped into my 2g about 2months ago...

i JUST bought the car so i have to find out why its idle is funky...

it idles fine at 1000 when i just start the car,... but if i let it idle for 3-4min its starts to move up and down from 1000rpms to 200rpms.. it barly stays running...

but its Unique bcuz it idles fine when u just start it.. but after it warms up a it it idles wierd....

what shud i check to fix this?..

i just bought this car so i have limited info.

but if u need more details ill surely get them bcuz help is much appreciated to me ^^

(hope its broken so i know what to fix!)
