i have an under glow setup witch came with my 1g 91 awd tsi talon its not workin theres a switch on the side othe console where the driver sits i thinnk this is the switch for it it has 2 red wires and 1 black what are some things i should check for to get these working any help is so appreciated

What are you talking about?

Do you have glow gauges? If you do the box with wires is an inverter and you can get a replacement on ebay if your inverter is dead. The switch is most probably an on/off or a blue/green color change switch.

im talkin about under chassie lights i have three tubes under my car and they dont work there is a red switch im pretty sure its my on off switch theres three prongs to red wires are connected to them and 1 black

Not working?

That means they're fixed. Congratulations. :thumb:

Honsetly, did you check the fuses along the lines? I'm going to assume, if they're done decently there should be an inline fuse. You could always check to see if there's any juice running to the tubes themsleves.

Take a test light to them and see if they are getting power. If your getting power then the lights are bad, if you're not getting power then the wiring or the fuse (if you have one) is bad.

Yeah i have probably installed 40-50 neon/led/underglow setups in the past year in it could be a Bad switch/bulb/wiring The 3 prongs are 1 for power (red wire) 1 for the power (red wire) led on the switch it lights up when its on and if that isnt lighting up it's either bad or not getting power and the 3rd prong is the ground (black wire) so i hope this helps. Also make sure you have a inline fuse somewhere in there in between the switch and the power source.

honestly, i would replace all the wiring. You never know what someone else did when they wired that stuff up. You wouldn't believe the mess i took out of my talon when I first bought it.
