Ugh Please Help

Hi, i have a 99 gs, the problem is that when i turn on the car, half the time it starts shaking like crazy, and then when i accelerate the car doesnt do anything, like when i'm at a stop and i try to take off, the car feels like its just kicking and nothing else, i floor it to like 4 or 5 rpm's and it barely starts to move, if at all, then about 5 seconds later it starts to go but you can still feel the kicking and shaking. I have no idea whats wrong with it, please any help would be great thanks, oh its an auto if it helps any, later.

Have you checked the fluid level?

your Oxogen Sensor might be bad the one before the cat

yes i've checked the fluid levels, they're fine =X

drop the pan and see what goodies are in there, that should tell you if something maybe exploded
