Please Help Me!!!! Tranny Problems!!!!!

OK!! i'm running into problems with my turbo conversion. the car is a 1991 esi, the motor is a 1992 tsi awd and the tranny is a 1992 rs-t fwd. The pulse generator coonnector for the car has two wires, but the tranny has three... and i'm also using the N/T computer. Is the car going to run/ move if i use it the way it is? or am i screwed out of $650?

Well, if you get it working right, you will probably break the n/t trans pretty quickly- it is much weaker than the completely different turbo trans.

actually i had a N/T tranny in it and (besides the water i found in it afterwards) it worked just fine
