i know the first one is turbo wastegate actuator malfunction, i have a 16g turbo and i do not have my mbc on as said in my profile (decided not to put it on until i figure out these problems first) how would i go about replacing the wastegate and actuator?

po170 is fuel trim bank one...what would be causing this code to appear?

The FT bank one CEL your getting is probably related to a faulty front o2 sensor stuck at a low voltage, how does the car idle once its warmed up?
The wga malfunction CEL your getting isn't your wga being faulty, the ECU has no way of actually checking a 16g wga. When you pulled the lines off of your BCS did you wrap a vacuum hose between the two ports on it?

i dont know what was done with the 16g the car came with the turbo when i bought it

i just looked up the code on AllData check for these

1.Volume air flow sensor output frequency
2.injector
3.fuel pressure
4. intake air leaks
5.engine coolant temp sensor
6.intake air temp sensor
7.barometric pressure sensor
8.02 sensor
8.exhuast manifold crack.

these are what sets the po170 code off

Straight outta the Service Manual...

Potential causes for the P0170 code are:

Volume air flow sensor output frequency
Injector
Fuel pressure
Intake air leaks
Engine coolant temperature sensor
Intake air temperature sensor
Barometric pressure sensor
o2 sensor
Exhaust manifold cracks

Theres a BCS that needs to have a vacuum line looped between its two ports so you don't throw a CEL like the one your seeing.
Heres its location, it sits under your intake right next to the bracket your coolant reservoir mounts to.

Ignore the green circle but after you access the BCS these are the two ports that need a vacuum line wrapped between them.

Hows your car idle after its warmed up?

I had the same code. The main suspects are usually front(before the cat) 02 sensor for most people. For me I had to replace the MAF - as mentioned above the Volume air flow sensor output frequency, Intake air temperature sensor, and Barometric pressure sensor are all measured by the mass air flow sensor. Also could be a boost leak or exhaust manifold crack. Have fun figuring out which it is!
