Does anyone have any tips for driving a Quartermaster Twin disc Clutch around in their DSM?? This clutch is such a pain in the ass to drive around especially with a fully built motor I feel like im damaging all the money i put into this thing. I honestly can say i must have gone from a stop about over 100 times now and cant figure it out, it always makes some weird noise, is this how its supposed to be. Any advice is appreciated

Twin disks can often be nosiy, and take some time to get used to using. Just give it some time, you will learn to work with it.

The noise is normal... . Do you have an previous experience driving a car with a clutch the engages as Harsh or close to as this?

I run a ClutchMasters FX600 twin-disc on my 2.4 setup on the street. It took me a bit to re-learn how to drive the car. Twin-discs are noisy - with the pedal depressed people around you at the stop light will definitely hear you.

There are different opinions on how to properly use the clutch, but what I generally do is slip the clutch pretty quickly. The tires do chirp sometimes but the only other way I have found to slowly, smoothly engage is well above 1800 RPM :/

Just have patience and you will learn.
