Georgetown,
My turning signals stopped working randomly when I was driving home.
I checked the hazards they still work and flash. When i click on the turning signal I don't get anything inside or outside the car. Both ways. Possibly related was this morning when I tried to start the car the battery was dead. |Had to roll start it.

ANy idea on how to fix this one?

sounds like the wiring has a short that drained your battery over night.I would check fuses whip out the voltage tester track that thing down.

Well this problem started about a month ago when I lost a fuse to the turning light. So I swapped it with a fresh one and it worked for a couple weeks then I lost that one then I replaced it with a slightly bigger fuse. Then the right turning signal stopped working and the left continued to work. then They both weren't working this morning? |Then I checked the fuse and it was still in tact.

All the four ways still work. any ideas?

My first inclination is the flasher relay possibly this part
is this what needs to be changed?

well the 4 ways have a different flasher than the turn signal ( i think ) . If its not the flasher it sounds like possibly your turn signal switch may be screwed up.Because if your 4 ways work, and all the bulbs flash, you've eliminated and bulb and wiring problem.

Well this thread id like to see advice on also. I have blown two turn signal fuses within 4 months in my back up talon (and three TCU fuses) and Id like to see some fresh advice on this problem.

Granted my car has plenty of wiring problems from the previous owner trying to find his battery drain (bad ECU) and pulled half the wiring harness.

ok,lets try to eliminate some things Steve.

Your hazards work,correct?

All the bulbs flash when they are on?

Like I said, that eliminates bulbs and wiring.

Make sure the fuse isn't blown, even if it looks good.

honestly if all the above is true I think your looking at the ts switch......

yes
