Turbocharger part number help

So I bought a new turbo on ebay a while ago, and I'm having trouble deciphering what turbo it actually is. The listing said that it was a big 16g. It also said that it was an evo III 16g. I've done a lot of searching on google, and haven't had much luck with anything. What I really need is some kind of part number database that I can plug mine into. The only badging on my turbo in a part number plate that says it's a TD05. The part number is then listed as, Y060301105. Can anybody out there shed some light on this? I can provide photos if necessary.

Well, that said, how does it compare to the evo III. What are the main differences, and what is it really worth? Does it have the same performance specs as the Mitsu Evo III? This is stuff that I'm trying to find out.
