I can't really remember what the Star turbo looks like, but if it is like mine, there should be 5 or 6 bolts on the housing opposite side of the intake that face the exhaust housing that you loosen and then slide the housing around. If you can take a pic of it and post it I could look at it and tell you.

well I don't know how good these pics will be, but just for reference.

I can honestly say those didnt help at all :p Im looking for pics of the opposite side of the compressor housing from the first pic you posted

aka the exhaust hot side ROFL

Yeah I know meant to have the exahust side picture that I took show up as well, and have the other pics as reference to the star turbo.
But I guess I couldn't find the right picture on my phone, or it got deleted somwhere between me trying to load it. Sorry guys. I'll do better next time.

u mean the bolts on the other side of where the downpipe goes?

No... The bolts on the compressor housing... the part you want to rotate... there should be 6 bols on the back of it that hold the plates down which holds the compressor housing in place. Loosen them to rotate the compressor housing and then tighten them back up when you have the housing where you want it.
