So I just bought a DNP tubular manifold and tryed to install it with my new pte 5557 and the turbo didnt fit it keeps hiting the lower coolent pipe that gose accross the front of the engine. Really need some help im out of ideas.

Just keep an eye out for the seal on the left side of the pipe. Mine leaked a little afterward. Seal unseated itself so i just replaced it. Something to watch out for on start up...good luck!:thumb:

Use a hammer. If you are really worried about deflecting the water pipe during the denting process, put a small prybar between the water pipe and the block at the spot you are denting to prevent any deflection issues.

This is not rocket science, it is a hammer, and a pipe you are denting. We have been doing this for two decades on these cars to clear larger turbos.

If you are not using the main water pipe coolant line bung that goes to the turbocharger, then swap out for a 1G non-turbo 4G63 water pipe, as it does not have the coolant bung for the turbo and clears everything pretty easily.

Ok thanks I just heard that before and just was kinda hoping there was another way just cause I didn't want to mess something up.
