turbo vacume line ?

ok here is my question does this vacume line have to be attached into a vacume sorce. on stock turbo it went from the boost sylnoid under coolent over flow into that line and from the boost cylnoid into the intake does this one have to be cut and put on that way.i know you can hook up a boost control there but dont have one yet

What turbo is that?

That line will control the wastegate. Leaving it connected the current way will open the wastegate at the wastegate spring pressure setting. If you have a 7 pound wg spring, then you will be limited to 7psi. If you are using the bcs for control then you will need two pieces of line, one for the boost pressure, one for wg. Plug those into the T that leads to the bcs.
