Turbo-Turbine Wheel Replacement

I had an EGT gauge installed about 8 months ago and one day the damn EGT probe in the manifold melts off and falls down into the turbine wheel and breaks the fins all up. I was wondering if I replace the wheel and shaft, and the bearings all at once, does the turbo need to be balanced afterwards?

P.S. I did notice a little scrapping on the compressor wheel housing. But fins are good.

yes you need to re-balance the wheels to the shaft.
