Turbo took a crap!! Need 14b help?

So my turbo decided it was going to shit out on me. I need a new turbo fast. I liked my fp t28, but I am considering a used good condition 14b now. Problem is, Im not to for sure about the stuff I need to install it. I looked at the 16g install kits and it looks like its pretty much got all I need to install. Hopefully some of you guys could lead me in the right direction.

Fp has the group buy on the 18G right now same as the 16G as far as install goes.

he got me a hell of a deal on a evo 3 16g, he also rebuilds turbos, ive never heard of one of his rebuilds failing...

last time i checked he had (2) 14bs and about (5) 16gs (small, big, and evo3)

water lines - a little different. bend your stock ones carefully and you can re-use them.

oil lines - for feed, a new SS line from the oil filter housing is recommended. for return, you can re-use your 2g line with some modification. other options are a 1g line or aftermarket.

j-pipe - aftermarket j-pipe is recommended. you can get one on ebay for like $60 shipped or spend $80+ at a trusted retailer. doesn't make much difference, it's a pipe. it's possible to use a stock 1g j-pipe. the stock lower intercooler hose will stretch to fit, but it's tight.
