I'm missing 1 of the 4 studs that bolt the manifold to the turbo. Does anyone know what size, thread, length etc this is? Or a way I could back one of the otehr 3 out and measure it. I've tried PB blaster and just have no luck getting one of the other studs out. Any help would be appreciated.

Try to leave two bolts diagnal from each other in the turbo, so it supports it somewhat. You'll need a good breaker bar, or use a long pipe extension on your wrench. It'll break free with a little bit of force. Keep PB Blasting it too.

If you want to save a few dollars, Lowes has them, and i'm sure you have other local hardware stores that do.
The dealer should be able to tell you what bolt size you need though, didn't think of that^^

The The turbo is held to the Manifold by 3 bolts and 1 stud. Most people replace the stud to make removing the turbo easier.

Go to the dealer and Buy a new bolt.
You mean the o2 housing is held to the turbo by 3 bolts and 1 stud . The turbo to manifold is 4 bolts .

CanidianTSi is correct. From the factory the turbo to manifold is 3 bolts and 1 stud. Most will replace the stud with another bolt to simplify future turbo removal.

I picked up new turbo bolts from www.JNZTuning.com for pretty cheap.

I checked the site and they have what I need. if you check the turbo bolts for $4.50 that's what I need. I'll just try and take out one of them tomorrow again. I spent a good 20 minutes and couldn't get it, I broke one socket :)
