Turbo spools no power and sputters gets fuel...

Ok like i said i am new to the 4G63 and well finally got the turbo on its a Comp Turbo T3/T4 .48 A/R turbine, and .60 A/R Compressor side anyways got the car running and took it for a spin..... the turbo spooled nice! But no power what so ever... checked for boost leaks and fixed them... still the same thing.. fuel pressure gauge reads about anywhere from 40-60 PSI when under boost but yet spits and sputters...... clutch isnt slipping and i did a lot of research on this subject last night... Did not come up with anything so I am sitting here and scratching my head.. Oh yeah Tial 50mm BOV vented into the atmosphere not the MAF..... so I expected a stumble around idle and shifting... but still scratching my head.. What could be this problem?? and yes it is spitting out CODE P1105 which is the fuel pressure solenoid other than that no other codes and the person who had this car before me hacked up the wiring...... and yes I checked the timing its dead on... cant figure this one out...

Thats strange. Your fuel pump isnt arcing or anything right?

No sir... checked the pump yesterday turned the key to on it did NOT prime... but when u crank the car it turns on and the car starts.... still very confused....

have u checked your wastegate i had the same problem and the wastegate was stuck open

I checked the wastegate and reversed the vacuum lines 2 times and same problem... I cant figure this out...
