Notice the TDO4-9B, which is the stock turbo on the twin-turbo V6 engine in the 3000GT/Stealth, pushes 265cfm. If you've ever seen that turbo, the T-25 is a giant in comparison. So, there's no way in hell that the T-25 pushes 15cfm less!
Unfortunately, there is hardly any info online that I can find regarding cfm for a T-25. There are a few figures floating around, most of which fall around 325cfm.

The TD05H turbine wheel is HUGH compared to the T-25. This is what gives the 14B so much more topend then the T-25. Have you ever heard of a T-25 hitting 11's on boost alone...i didnt think so. Now how you ever heard of a 14B hitting 11's on boost alone...yes (ArticTSi and few others). Why do you think the people go to the junkyards and swap the 14B with T-25. Sure the compressor wheel isnt that big on the 14B but thats why gives it the quick spool up.
