Turbo soaked with oil

Alrgiht I just blew a piston oil went into the turbo, ALLOT OF OIL. The question I have is when u pulled the turbo off the fan thingy was soaked and then there is a cap or something right under it . It moves around. Is it supposed to move? How can I tell if the turbo is still good. Right before I blew the piston I hit like 20 - 25 pounds of boost. its a sto k 14b tDO5-H of a 1990 gsx. thanks

As long as your turbo seals didn't blow, which they shouldn't have. And you don't have any shaft play then the Turbo is good. That 'cap' you're talking about is supposed to move.

Thank you I thought the sucker was dead and was pissed cuz that meant more money. Yeay damn good turbo after the beating I gave it.
