Turbo Shot?

I just took off my T-25 from my car to replace it with a 14B, my friend and i are always looking for new things to try out and we are working on putting the T25 on my friends 1995 Honda Civic ( i know i know its a civic and this is a DSM site but my question isnt about the civic...) when i took off the turbo it had a big build up of oil in the pressure outlet, i know that this is called blow by but does this mean that the turbo is no good? it built boost great, and has no shaft play at all. The turbo has about 94,000 miles on it. i dont know when they usually go but if does anyone know?

pressure outlet? blow by? are you talking about the wastegate passage in the exhaust housing?
