Turbo problems :( smoke

Hi guys. Well heres the issue(s) im having. To make a long story short I have been through 3 turbos in the last month(t25 and 2 14bs). My problem is they keep smoking after boosting and only after boosting. The first 14b I put in let oil into my intake so I figured it was the turbo and I picked another one up. This last one(currently on my car) went good for about 2 weeks and started smoking. It smokes only after boost and Im running 10-11lbs. sI compression tested my car its good 175 across all cylinders so I believe its not my engine.

Searching on this forum has lead me to believe that Im just having bad luck with old used turbos I've been buying. One thing though, I have been using 20w50 on my car(az) and I just switched back to 10w40 and noticed an improvement in which I saw a good decrease in smoke. Could high oil pressure caused by the thicker oil be blowing my turbos? Ive decided to get a s16g i have laying around rebuilt for my car. But before I go on spending the $300 to rebuild I wanted to get some input from you guys as Im very tight on money and don't want to spend it on the wrong thing. My car is completely stock except for a the 14b and fmic kit with a greddy type s. I appreciate any input I get. Thanks to everyone in advance and sorry for the long post.

One thing I tell everyone that is getting a used turbo. Don't listen to the seller into believing it's 100% fine. You should have gotten each turbo rebuilt and it doesn't cost $300 to rebuild one.

You can rebuild it yourself for $50 assuming the fins and shaft are undamaged. Also Justin (JusMX141) rebuilds turbos as well if you don't have the tools to do it.

First question you should have asked yourself is "why are all these turbos going out". Is there sufficent oil getting to them, do you have too high oil pressure, are each of them just bad from when you get them?

The smoking most likely stopped when you switched to a lighter weight oil because your oil drain might have been getting backed up from not having a large enough ID to drain the oil fast enough and causing blow by on the seals.

Yea this mistake has cost me 300 already which i shouldve just used to rebuild the 16g in the first place. I just wanted a quick fix and because of that its costing me.

Im using a stock metal 1g supply line off the head and i checked for kinks and its ok. I used some thick hydraulic hose for the oil drain. I just dont have the time to rebuild it as i have a lot of other things going on. Oh and i just did a long hard pull and it starting smoking again Any other things i should look for? Thanks for the input.
