ok i will be turbocharging my gs soon i got just about all i need. the turbo i am using is a WARNER ISHI IHI OIL AND WATER COOLED TURBO. the problem is i dont know what to do with the water cooling part, how to hook it up or maybe block the inputs. if someone can tell me how to make this turbo work with or with out the water cooling it would be superb!

I've never heard of that turbo either, but it looks badass. Good luck with getting it to work - the hardest part will probably be finding the proper flanges.

Anyway, here is how to tap into your coolant lines to water-cool your turbo...

That turbo is the one that came factory on the Ford 2.3 turbo motors.(mabey others also) It has a T3 foot print with a difftrent exhaust flange. It is basically a small t-3. You definately want to hook up the water lines. I put one of these on my friends 240sx and it spools really fast, but it wont hold more than about 8 psi.(he does have a 2.4l though) Good luck

Umm because they are there???(j/k)
They incease the life of the turbo by keeping the bearing housing cooler, and also to keep the oil cooler, I dont think the n/t car has an oil cooler. And when you have a water cooled housing its made to have water in it , it doesnt have as much mass to dissapatate the heat, because the housing is hollow inside. It can lead to premature bearing failure. Thats what I have always been told and it makes sense to me.
 
yea this came of a 89 t-bird coupe im sure. i just didnt know how i was gonna run the water cooling lines. but thanks to your diagram im sure i will get it.

yea that would be great, i have search all over to find something but no luck.
i just wouldnt want to get it wrong and mess something up.
