Now I know what it takes to do the whole non-turbo to turbo upgrade, but I was just tryin to make a list up of what it would exactly take to do this setup. I'm also only looking for a 8 psi boost level. Heres what I've come up with so far...

turbo ecu
turbo intake cam
turbo plus oil lines and hardware to bolt on
oil pan
exhaust manifold
O2 housing
downpipe
better clutch
intercooler and piping
BOV
MAS
new fuel injectors and pump
boost gauge, air-fuel gauge
different pistons and rings
metal head gasket

That is the list I have made up so far. Anyone know of any other parts needed that I forgot to mention?

Might want to add the knock sensorin there if your gonna be getting the Turbo ECU
I guess your refering to a stock turbo? if so you'll need the oil lines plus the water lines to supply the water feed to the turbo. Get a water pipe that runs behind the turbo that will have the return line from the turbo. As far as feeding water to the turbo you can tap a Tee from the feed line going to the Throttle Body and have a hose line running to the turbo(works fine on my car)

The N/T fuel pump will work for that kind of level of boosting, but is highly recommended to upgrade to a walbro 190, the stock N/T FPR will be good for the setup your running also. If your running Turbo injectors you also need the resistor pack for them. You will need to splice the wire connections from the injectors and run them to the resistor pack, also a wire for the 7th wire on the turbo MAFS and a wire for the knock sensor. 2 wires getting wired into the ECU and some engine wiring for the resistor pack.

As far as pistons i would read this article fully:

This guy is running N/T pistons. It's not the safest route but you would be better off with either forged or the cheaper and better route would be to pick up some 2g pistons(8.5:1 comp) from like partsdinosaur on ebay

One last thing to mention. . .stock boost level on a 14b turbo wastegate is 9psi, the 8<9 aint gonna see a difference ;)

if you are looking for everything you need to actually go turbo from nonturbo, you minus well go to an online store that specializes in turbo'ing nonturbo cars or that makes kits for such things and just buy a kit. it will include all necessary hardware to do so.

Many people prefer the DIY budget reasons along with the ability to choose your own parts for different reasons. Here is an excellent writeup on building a turbo kit. http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=181134
