Turbo or Non-Turbo wiring harness?

Im trying to find a new wiring harness for my 95 GST. A buddy had this one and hes not sure if its a turbo or non turbo harness. Pics r up, let me know please?

Heres the upper section obviously by the injectors nd what not.

This is where it would split off into the cab i believe.

These i believe are the plugs for the ECU. Heres the main factor for whether the wiring harness will work in a 95 GST or not?

I do not think this harness is a turbo harness, but if its not then what is this solenoid? Seems like the factory boost solenoid to me??
