turbo not boosting!!!! help!

i jus replaced like everything turbo wise for an upgrade....new ball bearing 16g turbo and fuel upgrades and boost controller and air/fuel controller....and the turbo is spooling but not boosting...at all...u cant feel it at all...but u can hear it spool...jus vaccum...any suggestions on what it could be? maybe a possible boost leak? i have a fmic with all the piping the only other piping i need is the uicp...otherwise it has the stock icp...but even after i recently replaced the licp it still felt the same...could it be the manifold or the uicp? ### help

Do they even make those?

Check to make sure the wastegate actuator arm hasn't fallen off the flapper arm post. This will result in turbo spool-up to 0 boost on an aftermarket boost gauge, but no higher.

Do a boost leak test. How to make and use a boost leak tester. Report the results of that test when you do it.

BOOOOOST LEAAAKKK!! Like Oldman would say or Flapperrrrrrrr. Both have happen to me resulting in very poor performance on boost.

and its weird cause all the parts are new maybe after i jus installed them they got like 600 miles 700 at the most new turbo and new everything fmic and all
