cars not boosting!!!!

i just picke dup my 90 talon tsi awd from myd ad who rebuilt the motor, new rings, bearings, head..etc.. and the car is not boosting at all .. i checked the accuator arm its on, i checked and hooked up the mbc with new vacum lines and that didnt help either, the turbo is a rebuilt 14b. any ideas?!!?!?!?!

could that be becouse your oil lines do not supply enough oil? I have same problem but my turbo builds boost only its sputters and boost feels like no boost.

What was the reason for the rebuilt motor and 14b? Who rebuilt the 14b? Have you check the turbo and make sure it spins freely? Get into more detail on how is it not boosting.

the reason why the car was rebuilt was due to a defective valve that dropped and put a hole in the piston, my dad put new rod n main bearings in, new rings, and the 14b was rebuilt becuase it was smoking before..i bought the rebuild and my dad rebuilt it..

anyway i picked the car up today and on the way home i realized the car is not boosting at all, i mean my boost gauge wont go past 0, i went to my dads we took off the intake and the wheel was seized, we broke it loose and then tried it again..still no boost, i got home and took the intake off and my turbo is seized again. ?!?!

well i un-seized the turbo again, from it not spinning, then i removed a crush washer from the supplu line there was 3 on it..and it seems to be boosting now
