turbo leaking liquid???

ok guys need help..... First i changes the throttle body gaskets along with the fuel injector gaskets, got done doin that the starter goes out finally replaced the starter and get it running again and the turbo is blowing off white clouds and clouds of smoke, and i looked at the bottom of the turbo while it is running and its leaking liquid, this liquid seems to be coolant, its not oil or gas and its kinda clear, smells like nothing, but why is it leaking and smoking? also the exhaust is POURING out smoke, after maybe 30 sec. of running my whole road is covered in smoke, like when u first start a car in cold the condensation only 20 x worse plz help.

the liquid your leaking is coolent, check all the coolent lines going to the turbo see if they have cracks or are leaking check and make sure all coolent lines are on tightly, the white smoke could be cause by the turbo not getting enough coolent to run though it. How bad is it leaking? Make sure your coolent is full and there is no air in the lines might want to think about draining all the coolent, then filling it again to get air out of the lines.

well i think i got a blown head gasket, my oil is very creamy and i removed the oil cap and could see alot of water on the cap, would that cause this?

to be sure that it is a blown headgasket do a compresson check also. Im 95% sure that it is a blown head gasket beacuse the way you described it
