I am looking to buy a turbo i hear it is easyer to buy all the parts other than buying a kit i just got 3500 for grad. I was just woundering if you had any info to where i could go to look at prices or parts i could buy. if you have trouble shooting advise or just any thing you recomend it would really help thanks dave

well if it was me id go ebay with the turbo since you have a non turbo its gonna cost you a pretty penny to get it goin...dont forget intercooler and piping your gonna need+bov, and boost controller...well with $3500 to spend youll be abel to get it all brand new and have some money for other things ull need like bigger injectors and throttle body.its not easy but i would check ebay for some of the stuff and buy the rest from some were else.just check the parts catalog here for more info and were to buy.

I think you should consider selling your car and using the 3.5K to buy a turbo model perhaps 97. You would be happier in the long run.

if you decide to get parts piece by piece, go to car-parts.com they are great. you can find ANY part you want anywhere in the country, and it lists prices from a bunch of places. ive seen a 1g turbo manifold with a turbo for $50 from a local junkyard, and all parts you get through car-parts.com are all guaranteed to be inspected and in operational order or your money back
