Turbo Install

I just move to Vancouver Washington and need to now
of a place nearby that can do a turbo upgrade for me.
Anyone in the Vancouver/Portland area can help me out?

Save yourself the time and brain power (after you realize that the shop charged u 10 times more than Home Depot) and do it yourself.

it's not very hard at all. Once you start doing stuff yourself you will realize how easy it is. I did my turbo swap and it took me 4 hrs. It's not hard at all, as long as you have proper tools.

Thats right brosky. If you don't have the right tools, its going to take you more than 5 hours. Its a good idea to soak those turbo bolts in PB Blaster overnight or if you don't drive in the week, soak it for a couple of days.

A few of us did a full swap in about 3 hours.

Injectors, pump, turbo, lines and all. Save the money, it goes in the same way it came out. Even if you get a kit of some sort, you should still be able to do it yourself. A helping hand is awesome!

Were can I find instructions so I can do it my self. Or is
just simple as unbolting the old one off and disconect all the lines
and just bolt the new one on.

I just did my turbo swap today to a Big T28 Killer. I've done a ton of turbos before but this was my first DSM turbo swap. No biggie. So the installation for a t28,16g,20g, and frank 3 are the same?

they are all mitsubishi turbos, just the outlets are in a different position, which require a different lower intercooler pipe set up.

i'm not sure, but there may be conflicts with the water lines on a 20g due to it being bigger. My 50 trim is so big, i had to cut off where the stock turbo water lines go into the front water pipe and have it welded closed. Search around, I'm sure u can find the info you are looking for.
