I have a big 16g turbo and wanted to upgrade the compressor wheel is there a kit I can buy. Will I td05 or 06 compressor housing fit on my turbo without modification

You're mixing it up, td05 or td06 refers to the exhaust turbine. You could put a 20g compressor wheel and either machine the 16g cover to fit, or put a 20g cover on there with the wheel.

TD05H and TD06 also refer to compressor covers. It is very confusing the way MHI does it. A "TD05H" 20g could refer to a stock appearing turbo with a TD06H turbine wheel, or a big comp. cover turbo with a TD05H turbine.

In answer to the OP's question, you can get a 20g wheel and matching compressor housing and they'll both drop right into your turbo since you've already got the center housing that's machined for a 68mm wheel. You could have your existing cover machined, but between the shipping costs and the down time, I'd just get the new cover. You can get a wheel and housing combo from one of the freelancers on here, or on ebay:

so all i need is a 20g compressor wheel and housing and it will bolt up directly to the turbo. im trying to avoid having to machine anything until i completely understand what i need to do so i can corect any issuses
