Muffler Search!!

im tired of the fart can muffler. Its too loud juts cruisin, its giving me headaches. I have full 3" exhaust with an ebay fart can. Dont get me wrong, it sounds good, but I got pulled over by a cop the other day and he asked me to get it fixed soon. I dont wana get hassled.

Anyways, I remember seeing a while back a dynomax or magnaflow muffler or something of that nature that had a 3" inlet, looked stock (dual tips) and actually flows as much or more then a straight thru fartcan. I'm really not worried much about flow because I'll be running an o2 dump next year.

I checked out magnaflow and dynomax's website and they didn't appear to have the one i was looking for. I want to be quiet, not like stock, but not like a fart can with bass. I dont care when I'm WOT, but for cruisin, its so annyoying.

I think Borla makes one, I searched awhile back for one. And your not really gonna flow more than a straight thru muffler...not even that sham aeroflow POS thing can do that.

I like my magnaflow.. not loud at all at normal speeds.

I have the magnaflow 14221... 3" in, dual 2.5" out. It looks very stock, and dispite what the cops say, it does quiet down the noise a LOT.
